We don’t believe social media should be outsourced on an ongoing basis to a digital agency. It 100% has to be done by the business and the people within it. They’re the ones who can get the results the business is looking for.

- it’s the people within the business who have the ability to get the whole team involved, they have the influence to drive team collaboration to facilitate content ideas from across the business
