It’s easy to not have a schedule as a freelancer. After all, you don’t have a boss looking over your shoulder, and you likely have flexible deadlines (or at least nothing due until the end of the week or month).
People often think their most valuable resource is time. Once it’s spent, it’s gone. It’s also common to think that, with a long to-do list, all that’s really needed to complete it is more time. Neither of these is true.
