Emotional Intelligence can be more important than IQ in achieving success according to a wide body of scientific research.
High EQ scores are positively correlated with:
• Leadership effectiveness
• Job satisfaction
• Managing workplace stress
• Conflict resolution
• Employee engagement
• Sales performance
• Stress management
• Effectively managing change
• And many other criteria associated with performance and general well being
The good news is that unlike personality and IQ, which remain relatively stable over time, EQ can be developed! The EQ assessment all takes place on line. You complete a questionnaire on line and this is followed by a debriefing session with me where you receive an detailed personal report in electronic format. The session itself takes place via phone, skype or other electronic media. Or if you prefer, and you are close to the Mornington Peninsula, we can do it face to face. Book your emotional intelligence assessment and mention you are a GROW member to receive a 20% discount off your assessment.
